  • With biometrics, XR technologies, spatial analysis and social shopping becoming more integrated in our lives, commerce is evolving from something that happens in online and physical stores to something that is integrated in many moments of our lives.

  • Looking at emerging technology and trends in commerce, we determined opportunity areas where JPMorgan Payments could help its partners elevate the shopping experience for their consumers while creating new perspectives and business models. Shortlisted concepts were presented to JPMorgan’s select clients during the Miami Grand Prix in May ‘23.
